Privacy Notice for Visitors

Onimax Company Limited values your privacy and strives to protect your personal data (“Personal Data”) based on the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”). The Company has, therefore, prepared this Privacy Notice to inform you of details about the collection, use and/or disclosure of your Personal Data.

Purposes of collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data

The Company will collect, use and disclose your Personal Data only where there are proper reasons and/or legal grounds to do so. This includes sharing it to third parties under the following main purposes:

1.1 for the processing of your Personal Data in compliance with the law or obligations under the law;

1.2 for maintain company security;

1.3 for regulatory compliance and audit the Company's business affair (Both internal and external);

1.4 for the Company’s legitimate interests in processing your Personal Data while still considering that your fundamental rights does not exceed the benefits of the Company; and

1.5 for a specific purpose in accordance with the consent you gave to the Company in processing your Personal Data.

Collection of Personal Data

The Company collects and uses many kinds of Personal Data, depending on the circumstances that are relevant to the relationship between you and the Company as visitor of the Company.

2.1 Sources of data for the collection of Personal Data

The Company collects your Personal Data from a variety of sources, such as:

• Information obtained directly from you such as identity cards, passports, driving licenses, etc.
• Still images and motion recording from surveillance cameras or recording equipment;
• All conversations between you and the Company, including audio records of conversations by telephone, letter, email, memos or any other method;
• When you are using the Company’s website; and
• Participation in any activities of the Company.

In some cases, the Company may collect your Personal Data from third parties, such as public agencies, government agency, source screening agency and public available information, as well as accessible resources such as Internet profiles, etc.

2.2 Categories of Personal Data collected, used and/or disclosed

The categories of your Personal Data that the Company collects, uses and/or discloses (collectively “process” or “processing”), subject to applicable law, includes but is not limited to the following:

• Personal details: First name and surname, gender, date of birth, personal identification number, passport number, other identification number issued by government authorities to be used as an identity verification document, nationality, photograph as appears in the identification card or passport, copy of house registration (house particulars), signatures, photographs and CCTV images/footage;
• Contact details: Address, telephone number and email address;
• Electronic details: IP address, cookies, recording of activities, identifying person and geolocation data; and

2.3 Refusal to give Personal Data to the Company

Under circumstances where it is necessary for the Company to collect your Personal Data and you refuse to give your Personal Data to the Company, the Company may refuse to take other relevant actions.

Processing of Personal Data

Pursuant to the purposes, the Company may process your Personal Data in accordance with applicable law and a legal basis. The legal basis on which the Company performs such processing are as follows:

Disclosure of Personal Data

The Company may disclose or send your Personal Data to third parties in order for these individuals to process your Personal Data in the following ways:

4.1 Disclosure of Personal Data to third parties

• Subcontractors, brokers or any services provider whom working for the Company or providing services to the Company including their sub-contractors, service providers, directors and officers;
• Persons assigned to manage any of your interests;
• Intermediaries, contact persons and your representatives;
• Law enforcement agencies such as government, courts, dispute resolution agencies, Company’s controlling person, auditors and any person appointed or requested by the Company's controlling person to check the operational activities of the Company;
• Any other person in connection with any dispute arising including any dispute related to a transaction;
• Any person who orders or manages affairs on your behalf (such as attorneys, lawyers, etc.); and/or
• Any person whom the Company has been ordered by you to disclose your personal information for.

4.2 Transfer of Personal Data overseas

The Company may be required to send or transfer your Personal Data overseas for storage and/or processing in the performance of a contract entered into between you and the Company. The Company will not allow unrelated persons to access the Personal Data and the Company will lay out appropriate security measures.

Retention of Personal Data

The Company will collect your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary to carry out the purposes of processing such Personal Data. The Company will retain your Personal Data for a period of 1 years from the date on which you entered into the company as visitor. The Company will destroy, delete or make Personal Data non-personally identifiable information, unless there is a legal obligation or technical reasons whereby the Company may keep your Personal Data for a longer period of time.

Data Subject Right

You have entitled to your Personal Data in accordance with the PDPA, and the Company will respect your rights and take actions promptly in accordance with any laws, rules or regulations, under certain circumstances, relating to the processing of your Personal Data

You have the following rights in regards to your Personal Data:

6.1 Right to Withdraw Consent: In case where the Company processes your Personal Data with your consent, this right enables you to withdraw your consent to the Company processing your Personal Data at any time. The Company may continue to process your Personal Data if the Company has another legal basis to do so.

6.2 Right to Access: This right enables you to receive a copy of your Personal Data that the Company holds about you.

6.3 Right to Correct: This right enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate Personal Data the Company holds about you to become correct, current and complete.

6.4 Right to Erasure: This right enables you to ask the Company to delete, destroy or anonymize your Personal Data where there is no good reason for the Company to continue processing it. You also have the right to ask the Company to delete your Personal Data where you have exercised your right to object to the processing (see below). Nonetheless, , exercise of such rights shall not be request to be erased all personal data and the Company will consider a request to delete carefully, according to the law, regarding the processing of your Personal Data.

6.5 Right to Object: This right enables you to object to the processing of your Personal Data where the Company relies on legitimate interest and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to the processing on this ground. You also have the right to object where the Company processes your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, recording and analyzing psychological traits and profiling activities.

6.6 Right to Restrict Processing: This right enables you to ask the Company to suspend the processing of your Personal Data, for example, if you want the Company to establish its accuracy or a reason/lawful basis for processing it.

6.7 Right to Portability: In some cases, you have the right to request for a copy of your Personal Data in electronic form to be sent to other data controllers. This right will be used only for the Personal Data you submitted to the Company and the processing of such Personal Data is done with your consent or where such Personal Data is necessary to be processed in order to fulfill the Company’s obligations under a contract.

6.8 Right to Lodge a Complaint: This right enables you to file a complaint with a related government authority, including but not limited to, the Thailand Personal Data Protection Committee, when you see that the Company, the Company’s employees or service providers violate or do not comply with the PDPA or other notifications issued under the PDPA.

You may exercise your rights at any time by contacting the Company via the contact channels mentioned in Article 8 below.

The Company may be required to obtain certain information from you in order to verify your identity and certify your right to access Personal Data (or to exercise any other right) in order to comply with security measures that will ensure that your Personal Data will not be disclosed to anyone who has no right to access it.

The Company will make every effort to respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. In some cases, it may take more than 30 days if your request is complex or you submit more than one request. In such event, the Company will notify you and will keep you informed of the status of the request.

Security of your Personal Data

The Company takes the security of your Personal Data very seriously. The Company will inspect and implement organizational security as well as physical and technical measures appropriately in order for the Company to store and process your Personal Data and ensure that your Personal Data will not be lost, destroyed, disclosed and misused or accessed by anyone other than the employee or data processors performing the Company's duties.

ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัว สำหรับผู้มาติดต่อ บุคคลภายนอก

บริษัท โอนิแมกซ์ จำกัด ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวและมุ่งมั่นที่จะคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน (“ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล”) ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (“พ.ร.บ.ฯ”) และฉบับปรับปรุงแก้ไขตามที่จะมีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม และกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบอื่น ๆ ที่จะประกาศใช้ภายใต้ พ.ร.บ.ฯ ดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ จึงได้จัดทำประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวฉบับนี้ขึ้น เพื่อแจ้งให้ท่านทราบถึงรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการเก็บ รวบรวม การใช้ และ/หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

วัตถุประสงค์ของการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทฯ เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเฉพาะเมื่อมีเหตุผลที่เหมาะสมในการดำเนินการ และ/หรือ ที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้กระทำการได้ ซึ่งรวมถึงการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้กับบุคคลภายนอกด้วย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก ดังต่อไปนี้

1.1 เพื่อการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ในการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย หรือภาระข้อผูกพันตามกฎหมาย

1.2 เพื่อการรักษาความปลอดภัย

1.3 เพื่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ และการตรวจสอบธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ (ทั้งภายในและภายนอก)

1.4 เพื่อประโยชน์อันชอบธรรมตามกฎหมายของบริษัทฯ ที่จะประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน โดยยังคงคำนึงถึงสิทธิขั้นพื้นฐานของท่านนั้นไม่เหนือไปกว่าประโยชน์ของบริษัทฯ

1.5 เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ใดวัตถุประสงค์หนึ่งโดยเฉพาะ ตามความยินยอมที่ท่านให้แก่บริษัทฯ ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทฯ เก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลหลากหลายประเภท โดยประเภทของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่บริษัทฯ เก็บรวบรวมนั้นขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์และเหตุการณ์ที่เกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างท่านและบริษัทฯ ในฐานะผู้มาติดต่อของบริษัท

2.1 แหล่งข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทฯ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจากแหล่งข้อมูลที่หลากหลาย เช่น

• ข้อมูลที่ได้จากท่านโดยตรง เช่น บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หนังสือเดินทาง ใบอนุญาตขับขี่ เป็นต้น
• การบันทึกภาพนิ่งและภาพเคลื่อนไหวจากกล้องวงจรปิด อุปกรณ์บันทึกภาพ
• การสนทนาระหว่างท่าน และบริษัทฯ รวมถึงบันทึกการสนทนาผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ จดหมาย อีเมล์ บันทึกข้อความ หรือวิธีการอื่นใด
• เมื่อท่านใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของบริษัทฯ
• การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมใด ๆ ของบริษัทฯ

ในบางกรณี บริษัทฯ อาจเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจากบุคคลอื่น เช่น หน่วยงานสาธารณะ หน่วยงานราชการ หน่วยงานคัดกรองแหล่งข้อมูล ข้อมูลที่เปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะ และแหล่งข้อมูลที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ เช่น โปรไฟล์ทางอินเทอร์เน็ต เป็นต้น

2.2 ประเภทของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผย

ประเภทของ “ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล” ของท่านที่บริษัทฯ เก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผย (รวมเรียกว่า “ประมวลผล”) ภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังต่อไปนี้

• ข้อมูลส่วนตัว: ชื่อ นามสกุล เพศ วันเดือนปีเกิด หมายเลขบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หมายเลขหนังสือเดินทาง หมายเลขอื่น ๆ ที่ทางราชการออกให้ รวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่ปรากฏอยู่บนเอกสารที่ราชการออกให้เพื่อใช้ในการยืนยันตัวตน สัญชาติ ภาพบนบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน หรือหนังสือเดินทาง สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน ลายมือชื่อ ภาพถ่าย ภาพหรือบันทึกจากกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV)
• ข้อมูลการติดต่อ: ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ อีเมล์
• ข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์: ที่อยู่ IP คุกกี้ บันทึกกิจกรรม ข้อมูลระบุตัวตน และข้อมูลตำแหน่งทางภูมิศาสตร์

2.3 การปฏิเสธให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแก่บริษัทฯ

ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ จำเป็นต้องเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน และท่านไม่ให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านแก่บริษัทฯ บริษัทฯ อาจปฏิเสธการดำเนินการอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ในการดำเนินการเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ บริษัทฯ อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านภายใต้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และฐานทางกฎหมาย โดยบริษัทฯ ได้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวโดยใช้ฐานทางกฎหมายดังต่อไปนี้

วัตถุประสงค์ของการเก็บรวบรวม การใช้ และการเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล	ฐานในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
เพื่อดำเนินการตามกฎ ระเบียบ ข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล หน่วยงานราชการหน่วยงานสาธารณะ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย	ฐานสัญญา ฐานหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย
เพื่อยืนยันตน เพื่อลงทะเบียนผู้มาติดต่อ เพื่อการเข้าพื้นที่ของบริษัทฯ เพื่อดำเนินการตรวจสอบกิจการภายในของบริษัทฯ เพื่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ และการตรวจสอบธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ (ทั้งภายในและภายนอก) เพื่อปกป้องสถานะทางกฎหมายของบริษัทฯ เพื่อจัดการ และบริหารธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อจัดกิจกรรมทางสังคม หรือกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่บริษัทฯ จัดขึ้น เพื่อป้องกันอาชญากรรม และบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัยของบริษัทฯ เช่น ติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดภายใน และโดยรอบบริษัทฯ ซึ่งอาจมีการเก็บภาพ ภาพเคลื่อนไหว และเสียงของท่าน	ฐานประโยชน์อันชอบธรรม

การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทฯ อาจเปิดเผยหรือส่งต่อข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้แก่บุคคลภายนอก เพื่อให้บุคคลเหล่านี้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ดังต่อไปนี้

4.1 การเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้แก่บุคคลอื่น

• ผู้รับเหมาช่วง นายหน้า หรือผู้ให้บริการใด ๆ ที่ทำงานให้กับบริษัทฯ หรือให้บริการแก่บริษัทฯ เช่น ผู้ให้บริการด้านการจัดการประชุม ทั้งนี้รวมถึงผู้รับเหมาช่วง ผู้ให้บริการ ผู้บังคับบัญชา และผู้ปฏิบัติงานของบุคคลดังกล่าว
• ผู้ได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดการดูแลผลประโยชน์ใด ๆ ของท่าน
• บุคคลผู้ติดต่อ และตัวแทนของท่าน
• หน่วยงานที่บังคับใช้กฎหมาย เช่น รัฐบาล ศาล หน่วยงานระงับข้อพิพาท ผู้มีอำนาจควบคุมของบริษัทฯ ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี และบุคคลใด ๆ ซึ่งแต่งตั้ง หรือร้องขอโดยผู้มีอำนาจควบคุมของบริษัทฯ ให้ทำการตรวจสอบกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ
• บุคคลอื่นใดซึ่งมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น รวมถึงข้อพิพาทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำธุรกรรม
• บุคคลใด ๆ ที่ออกคำสั่ง หรือบริหารจัดการบัญชีของท่านหรือในนามของท่าน (เช่น ผู้รับมอบอำนาจ ทนายความ เป็นต้น) และ/หรือ
• บุคคลใด ๆ ที่บริษัทฯ ได้รับคำสั่งจากท่านให้เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้กับบุคคลดังกล่าว

4.2 การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศ

บริษัทฯ อาจต้องส่ง หรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไปยังต่างประเทศ เพื่อจัดเก็บ และ/หรือ ประมวลผลในการปฏิบัติตามสัญญาที่ทำขึ้นระหว่างท่าน และบริษัทฯ โดยบริษัทฯ จะไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าว และจะกำหนดให้มีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสม

การเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

บริษัทฯ จะเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้ตราบเท่าที่จำเป็น เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ในการเก็บรวบรวม และประมวลผลข้อมูลดังกล่าว โดยบริษัทฯ จะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้เป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันที่ท่านเป็นผู้มาติดต่อบริษัท โดยบริษัทฯ จะทำลาย ลบ หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นข้อมูลที่ไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลที่เป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้ เว้นแต่ในกรณีที่มีเหตุจำเป็นทางกฎหมาย หรือเหตุผลทางเทคนิครองรับ บริษัทฯ อาจเก็บรักษาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไว้นานกว่าระยะเวลานั้น

สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

ท่านมีสิทธิในข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านตามกฎหมายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยบริษัทฯ จะเคารพสิทธิของท่านและจะดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย กฎเกณฑ์ หรือกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประมวลผลข้อมูลของท่านภายใต้สถานการณ์บางประการ อย่างทันท่วงที

ท่านมีสิทธิดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านดังต่อไปนี้

6.1 สิทธิในการขอถอนความยินยอม: ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านโดยอาศัยความยินยอมของท่าน ท่านมีสิทธิที่จะเพิกถอนความยินยอมที่จะให้บริษัทฯ ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านได้ตลอดเวลา ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านต่อไปหากบริษัทฯ สามารถใช้ฐานอื่นในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

6.2 สิทธิในการขอเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: ท่านมีสิทธิในการขอสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจากบริษัทฯ

6.3 สิทธิในการขอแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: ท่านมีสิทธิขอแก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้ถูกต้อง เป็นปัจจุบัน และสมบูรณ์

6.4 สิทธิในการขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล: ท่านมีสิทธิร้องขอให้บริษัทฯ ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนของท่านได้ในกรณีที่ไม่มีเหตุผลอันสมควรให้บริษัทฯ ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านต่อไป โดยท่านสามารถใช้สิทธิในการขอให้บริษัทฯ ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลนี้ควบคู่ไปกับสิทธิในการคัดค้านในข้อถัดไป อย่างไรก็ตาม การใช้สิทธินี้จะต้องไม่เป็นการใช้สิทธิเพื่อขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมด โดยบริษัทฯ จะพิจารณาแต่ละคำขอด้วยความระมัดระวังตามบทบัญญัติของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

6.5 สิทธิในการคัดค้าน: ท่านมีสิทธิคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่บริษัทฯ ประมวลผลภายใต้ฐานผลประโยชน์อันชอบธรรมของบริษัทฯ นอกจากนี้ ท่านยังมีสิทธิคัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน หากบริษัทฯ ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาด การบันทึกและวิเคราะห์ลักษณะทางจิตวิทยาและพฤติกรรมของบุคคล (Profiling)

6.6 สิทธิในการขอให้มีการระงับการประมวลผล: ท่านมีสิทธิขอให้บริษัทฯ ระงับการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านชั่วคราว เช่น เมื่อท่านต้องการให้บริษัทฯ แก้ไขข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านให้ถูกต้อง หรือเมื่อท่านร้องขอให้บริษัทฯ พิสูจน์เหตุผล หรือฐานทางกฎหมายในการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

6.7 สิทธิในการส่งหรือโอนย้ายข้อมูล: ในบางกรณี ท่านสามารถขอให้บริษัทส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่สามารถใช้งานโดยทั่วไปได้ในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอื่น สิทธิดังกล่าวนี้จะใช้ได้เฉพาะในกรณีของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ท่านส่งมอบให้แก่บริษัทฯ และการประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวได้กระทำโดยอาศัยความยินยอมของท่าน หรือในกรณีที่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวจำเป็นต้องได้รับการประมวลผลเพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติตามภาระข้อผูกพันภายใต้สัญญาได้

6.8 สิทธิในการยื่นข้อร้องเรียน: ท่านมีสิทธิยื่นข้อร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานของรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมไปถึงคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในกรณีที่ท่านเห็นว่า บริษัทฯ หรือพนักงานของบริษัทฯ หรือผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบริษัทฯ ฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามพ.ร.บ.ฯ หรือประกาศอื่น ๆ ที่ออกโดยอาศัยอำนาจตามพ.ร.บ.ฯ ดังกล่าว

ท่านอาจใช้สิทธิข้างตนของท่านได้ตลอดเวลา โดยติดต่อบริษัทฯ ผ่านทางช่องทางการติดต่อตามที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ 8 ด้านล่าง

บริษัทฯ อาจมีความจำเป็นต้องขอข้อมูลบางประการจากท่านเพื่อใช้ในการยืนยันตัวตนของท่านและรับรองสิทธิของท่านในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (หรือเพื่อใช้สิทธิอื่นใด) เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยที่จะทำให้ท่านมั่นใจได้ว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะไม่ถูกเปิดเผยต่อบุคคลที่ไม่มีสิทธิเข้าถึงข้อมูลดังกล่าว

บริษัทฯ จะใช้ความพยายามในการตอบกลับคำขอที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายทั้งหมดภายใน 30 วัน ในบางกรณี บริษัทฯ อาจใช้เวลามากกว่า 30 วันหากคำขอของท่านมีความซับซ้อน หรือท่านยื่นคำขอเข้ามาเป็นจำนวนมากกว่าหนึ่งคำขอ ในกรณีดังกล่าว บริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบและจะทำการแจ้งสถานะของคำขอให้ท่านทราบอยู่เสมอ

ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน

บริษัทฯ ให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเป็นอย่างยิ่ง บริษัทฯ จะตรวจสอบและใช้มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยขององค์กร ทั้งทางกายภาพ และทางเทคนิคที่เหมาะสมอยู่เสมอ ในการจัดเก็บและประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะไม่สูญหาย ถูกทำลายโดยไม่ตั้งใจ ถูกเปิดเผย และนำไปใช้ในทางที่ผิดวัตถุประสงค์ หรือ เข้าถึงโดยบุคคลอื่นที่ไม่ใช่พนักงานหรือผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของบริษัทฯ
